Neurology

I have worked as a Course Tutor for The Neurological Anatomy for Neurosurgeons Course run annually by the Royal College of Surgeons in England. I have taught on this Course for eight years.

I prepared a video of three dimensional brain dissection, which is currently being used by the College for training and teaching purposes.

I have organised: Applied Neurosurgery Educational Course at Queen Square. The modules cover all aspects of applied Neuroanatomy and Operative Techniques in Neurosurgery. The sessions run every morning as breakfast teaching. I have organised NeuroEndoscopy course at the education centre in Jan 2010 and two cadaveric courses for Neurosurical trainees at University College London.

My current project is to make audiovisual library for neurosurgical trainees. These videos are used for teaching our own trainees and a copy is available for the visitors on request.

As an Educational Supervisor I am involved in work-based assessment of trainees. I also regularly participate in the daily cased based discussion meetings for the trainees. I attend Thursday afternoon teachings and monthly Journal Clubs for the trainees.
