UCH Faculty Profile - Hitesh Tailor

Student

Hitesh Tailor is a Final Year medical student at UCL Medical School, with an intercalated BSc(Hons) in Orthopaedic Sciences.

He is the current Treasurer of the UCL Surgical Society, with this being his fifth year on the committee. He was the previous President, and has been encouraging new ideas for the society members. Over the last year he has been working closely with the UCH Education Centre to help set up new courses and surgical training opportunities for medical students.

His career goal is to become a surgeon, either in Orthopaedics, Ophthalmology or ENT and to also maintain an active role in medical education.

In parallel to his medical training, he is proficient in computer & web programming and more recently has been exploring mobile application development.
