Course Title

Bayley Scales of Infant and Toddler Development Third Edition (Bayley-III)

Overview

Overview

This is an introductory two-day workshop to the Bayley III, which assesses developmental functioning for infants and young children aged from 1 month to 42 months. The training is interactive and will introduce course participants to the Bayley III and includes both video case studies and ‘live’ demonstrations with a young child.  Participants will learn how to administer and score the Cognitive, Language and Motor scales as well as the Social Emotional and Adaptive Behaviour Scales. However additional practice in administering the test items will be required after the training in order for examiners to become fully competent Bayley testers.
